LG1 seats come with mounting brackets?

LG1 seats come with mounting brackets?

So I took the seats out to sale them. These black brackets do not look like Ford's so I am guessing the brackets go with the LG1 seats when they're sold?

And they make the seat brackets but sell them seperatly for around 200$. The make them for each specific car.
