Default Jerking badly after tune up

Ok so I did a tune up probly the 2nd one this car has ever seen I have a 94 mustang gt 5.0 ho engine. After the tune up it started "puddering" and my oil temp light reads 0 when I stop and shakes a Lil more then usual. When I accel it goes away but when I cruise around it pudders and seems like its missing but I don't see how it could be cause it was running fine for about a hour Ish then this started it happen. I changed the plugs wire dist cap and rotor. I'm thinking it's the coil messing up or old but idk any advise I can do to get this car running right again

i had something similar in my dads f150 it ended up being a faulty spark plug changed it and problem solved, you might want to check that all spark plug wires are connected all the way. did a check engine light come on?

Did you hook the plug wires up in the correct order? Usually this is the cause.
