Default Passing Smog in CA question.

I was looking at this Mustang on eBay and was wondering what would be the best way for it to pass smog in California.

Best way out is buying stock manifold, stock h or aftermarket x pipe. Also buying BBK intake and putting stock tune. This way it would pass correct?

I like steve's idea haha, I wouldn't want to live in California. I'd love to visit, but stay? No thanks!

Stock equipment will work. All American manufacturers make sure that their stuff is 50 state legal. Don't forget your sensors!
