car dies after driving for long times

Default car dies after driving for long times

my 1989 mustang gt dies after i drive it for a long time, then it will fire back up after i let it set for bout two min, then dies again after bout ten sec, if i leave it alone over night, its fine again, any help out there? thanks

Check ur fuel pressure when it dies

TFI module or the pickup coil. My money is on the TFI.

what is the TFI module? iv changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, coil, plugs, cap, rotor, fuel presser regulater, control module, fuel pressure is still good after it dies, it seems to do it only when i drive it for long pereiod of times, sorry bout the spelling.

It's on the distributor ignition module is another name I believe
