Question 98 dash light bulb going out.

Hello all! Well i just bought my mustang a few days ago. I use to be a member of cherokeeforums. I have had three jeeps. I had completely rebuilt them all. But i wanted speed. So i sold them and got a 98 mustang 3.8L. I am no begginer mechanic by any means. This mustang i bought is on 17's yokahama tires. what is stock size on stangs? I am excited to start building it up. So there is a bulb in the instrument cluster in the dash that is goin out because the light is dim by the 85mph and half of rpm's cluster is dim and the rest is lit up fine. so is it a pain to swap those? i was in a jeep but idk about stangs sooo help and nice to meet everyone.

Not sure about the 98 v6's but a GT stock tire size is 245/45/17. The bulbs arent hard to get to. Remove the healight switch ****, remove the bezel, (I believe that year still uses torx...) then remove the guge cluster (also torx) Be sure to have the steering column in the downward position, provides more room to remove the cluster. The bulbs are on the back side of the cluster..easy deal. FYI, you need a 90 deg pick, a bent nail or paperclip to remove the headlight ****...not hard, justa bit tricky.
