driver wheel noise

Default driver wheel noise

everytimg i hit a bump i am getting a clanging noise from the driver side wheel aread. It almost sounds like metel chains. no noise on parkway only when hit a bump.. i went under there with a rubber mallet and started taping away i cant find it. any idea of where it could be from?

There is quite a list of things that can make that sort of noise.
Check your Ball Joints,
And your LCA bushings (Mustangs are notorious for this),
Your struts could be loose or the oil may have leaked out.
What year/model is your Mustang? How many miles?
