Power Seat..

Default Power Seat..

Okay I have a 96 and i know its almost 10 years old but every mustang I tryed out the power seat was broke!! What is up with that? Where can you buy a motor?

It might just me ur fuse....Pop the hood look at the fuses see if ones blown. If so change it and ur seat should work. If not take the switch out of the seat and check to make sure theres power goin to it. If there power goin to your seat and its still not moving then u no its ur motor..........Its prob jsut gonna be ur fuse tho...

When we bought the 95 vert for my daughter, the drivers power seat did not work. I found that the fuse was blown, it's located in the fuse box by the battery. But replacing the fuse did not fix our problem.

I removed the track from the car and seat, and found the lift strut was shot. It looks just like a little stut that holds up your trunk lid. But you can not find a replacement. So greased up the track and reinstalled it without the strut.

It works ok, the strut was used for raising up. It works fine for my 16 year old daughter. It struggles when I am in it.
