I'm building a car with my son and it will be used for daily driving but he wants a good amount of power too. The heads and intake have a mild port job and the fuel system will be upgraded as needed. I'm not a ford guy so I wanted to ask the ford people's opinion on the ford cams I'm considering, pro's or con's?
The B303, E303, or F303?
The car is a 5 spd. with a lot of suspension upgrades too, and should see some week-end drag strip use and maybe a little nitrous later on.
Anyone with experience feel free to comment I appreciate it.

None of the above. Letter cams are 20+ years old. Much better choices out there.

Ok so how about a comp cams Xtreme energy grind? I use to sell a lot of the letter cams back in the late 90's they can't be all that bad. Do you have a suggestion for what grind would be good for this motor then?
