Ok, I'll bite.
As you'd expect, there are plenty of opinions on oil filters. Fram used to be the ****e back in the day, but anymore not so much.
I'd been going to Napa to get the WIX filters for my machines then decided to buy a case of WIX filters for each of my vehicles from Amazon.com.
No more trips to the part store just to change the oil. Nice.
All that being said, I haven't seen anything in the way of engine failure due to sub-standard oil filters.
The fact that you're changing them regularly (along with the oil) is the best insurance you'll get for engine longevity. IMHO

Motorcraft. Inexpensive, and works just fine.

It really doesn't matter which brand, just as long as you change your oil and filter regularly.

I would say Mobil-1 Extended Performance Filter.
