Default Clutch help

I have an 09 v6 and am having done clutch problems. The clutch only slips in gear 3,4 and 5 and only if you really get on it. It doesn't do it during normal drive and some days it doesn't slip at all. It is just so odd to me. Also the car only had 23k miles.

Any suggestions to what it might be or is it just the clutch going out? Just seems odd

If when you're getting on it and the wheels aren't spinning but the rpm's are surging up, the clutch is slipping and it's time to replace it. 23K and the clutch slipping, is someone driving the car besides you?

No I'm the only one that drives it. Bought it used at 6k. Is it possible for a clutch to slip only in certain gears? I thought once it slips it always slips
