if i put a set of gt40x heads on a stock 94 gt what cam should i go with? And with a the heads and cam swap will the stock injecters be ok to keep? Will I need to get push rods or will the original work? I'm just worried that I'll push my budget and I'll end up needing some part that I don't have money left fore.

 

Let's start out with...Why the GT40p heads? The stock pushrods and injectors will work, with the stock valves, but you'll have to buy special headers to fit the P heads.

However, I have a solution to this problem. I have a set of GT40 heads and a Cobra/Explorer intake. Upper and lower that will fit nicely on there for you. Then you can use any Mustang headers, or even the stock manifolds. (It would be a waste, but they'll work)

i would spend the 90 bucks on some hardened pushrods...with 1.60/1.90 valves call comp cams
