Default Clutch noise

I have a 2002 Mustang. 6 cylinder. AFter the car is warm, there is a (best described as( a "humming noise" as I let out the clutch from a sitting position. The clutch appears to operating fine, there is no noise until the car warms up, and there is no noise when I shift as the car is moving. What could this be?
