Default Proper cylinder PSI?

I need this in lam-en's terms since I'm not really all that mechanically inclined. I'm searching for the proper PSI (compression) in cylinder 2 for a 2005 Mustang GT 3V. Cylinder 2 is misfiring and, long story short, after going through all the other "trouble shooting" methods, I think the compression is off.

All 8 of the cylinders should be within about 10% of each other.
The amount of pressure will vary as it's dependant on many different factors, some of whom you cannot control.
