I am in a hurry so I didn't do a search.

The tranny in my 95GT will not go into 2nd, 4th or reverse. What the heck?!?!
Gotta be something with the throw or the shifter, but the shifter is a relatively new B&M short throw model.
Any help would be appreciated!

 

Readjust the rear shifter stops.My Pro 5.0 did this and that's what cured the problem.Repost and tell us if this worked.

You are going to have to take the shifter boot off. When you do, you should see a screw on the side of the shifter as the 2nd, 4th, and Reverse gears are. You might need an allen wrench to adjust it, but back the screw out until you are able to put it in all the gears. When the shifter is in gear the screw is supposed to be damn near touching the shifter, but not quite.
