Default Anyone have a website with Labor Guide?

Does anyone know of a website that offers a FREE automotive labor guide on-line? I don't mean labor rate like $60 an hour, but a resource that tells you how many labor hours a specific repair takes on a Mustang.

Clutches and fuel systems are two components on a car I don't mess with and I was going to have the dealer install my new clutch and driveshaft. I know what a clutch should run to replace and they are less than I expected but they want 1.0 hrs of labor on a pinion seal and some of the other seals I'm having them replace seem a bit high on the time since they will have the tranny and driveshaft dropped. I want to make sure they're not trying to double bill me on some of the labor.

Thanks
