Default Brake Dust

Alright howdy guys. This seems to be a common problem among fords as I drive around and look at them. My front brakes seem to put off an amazing amount of brake dust. So much that in one to two weeks my alloy wheels actually become black. The brakes work fine its just the dust. I was wondering if y'all had any tips or tricks of the trade to curb this dust. Thanks!

Either get ceramic pads, or get a wheel protector spray that makes it really easy to remove the brake dust (just take a hose to it, no scrubbing or anything)
