My friends 98' Cobra is acting funny when time to start. So him and his dad jacked the car up and looked under there while trying to start it and it would start up every time, but when he lowered it to the ground and tried to start it, it would not start near as good or sometimes even at all. Sounds like some sort of grounding problem to me, but not sure...need help. Thanks.
