Ok i have a 72 coupe and i want to lower it..more..now the only issue i have is scraping issues. Right now the front is 25 inches off the ground to the top of the fender (wheel area) im looking to drop this to about 22-23 my rear is 27 off the ground and looking to get it 24-25. Now the issues currently my frame is 7 inches off the ground and so if my oil pan and part of my exhaust..the other part of the exhaust system is roughly 5-6 inches off the ground. dropping it will make the lowest part of the car 2-3 off the ground..and my main issue is messing up my exhaust and going over speed bumps and going over high drive ways.

Air is the answer unless you modify exhaust to be flatter and more tucked up

 

Youre going to have to get air ride to make it look like that 67/68.
