Default 302 build questions

i just bought a 302 block today and plan on building something with 300-350 hp couple questions its a 86 block already had flat top pistons and when a say flat i mean flat no valve releifs what heads would go good with these? can i get what i want with e7 heads with a good port and valve job and i am putting this into a 95 is there any electrical connectors in the block? if so was gonna carburate and ditch fuel injection any ideas or suggestions

There are no electrical connections to the block casting.
If I remember right the '86 is a 1 year only deal with the flat-top pistons, I also believe it has a positive deck height meaning that the tops of the pistons at TDC will be above the deck.
No real reason to go with a carb as I see it......
