Tuning and DEQ issue

Tuning and DEQ issue
-I have a 2005 ford mustang GT have a performance tune flashed onto it (DiabloSport Predator tune)
My question is:
When I try to go through DEQ I am getting "Catalyst unsupported" and failing. Would the tune have anything to do with the cat coming up as unsupported, and would returning tune to factory spec fix that? Or is that something that needs to be changed from the mustangs computer system itself? (something that I cannot fix with the diablosport tuner)
Any suggestions!! only have a few days off and really want to get this fixed. Thanks!
Located in Oregon if that matters via DEQ standards.

Solved
Well figured it out if anyone is interested in the future.
Just dropped the tuning down to factory (factory backup) and cat was instantly recognized. 02 sensors/Evap was unready (pre-drive cycle so was expected).
Drive cycle took about 150 miles or so for it to register. Keep car between 45-65 mph as straight as possible and it should take around 50-100.
