How to proceed after a flood
Hi, there was a flash flood near my house two days ago, the water reached halfway the height of my tires, the interior got soaked and it reached one of the seats. My question is what should i do? im afraid it will start to mold. Any suggestion appreciated.

Claim it on either your home owners or automotive insurance. It is very hard to "fix" cars that have had water into the electrical systems. If the insurance insist on repair, ask for diminished value payment because when you trade it....you loose.
If you do not have full coverage of any kind, pull all the parts out that got wet and allow them to dry before applying power. Clean all fabric with the best product you can find. Hope for the best.

If the car wasn't completely submerged...
Disconnect the battery, remove the seats and trim around the panels so you can lift the carpets up to see the amount of damage. You may even need to remove the center console to completely remove the carpet.
The sooner you dry it out, the better off you are.
Use a hair dryer or heat gun on a the low setting to dry things out quickly.
You'll probably need to let everything sit out for a few days (or up to a week to get all the moisture out.
IMO I would just get new carpet. It's not that expensive and will greatly reduce the chances of getting mold growth.
Also check the fuse box by the passenger kick panel for moisture. If there is...you're kind of done at that point. You will get corrosion there.
