Need advice on 2011 GT
Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and Mustang community as well. I was shopping for used Camaro SS and apparently ended up testing 2011 GT Premium 6MT with 31k miles. I absolutely fell in love with the Mustang, and if you guys help me with understanding what possible repair problems I may face, I will become a new Mustang-owner tomorrow.
So, the car has 6MT, Brembos, upgraded exhaust (dealer claims it's stock, really?), HID headlights, and Shaker sound with subwoofer (again, stock). Also it seems that it has some kind of sport-package - I saw front strut-bar at least. But dealer doesn't know that.
They want $25k for it, but I already negotiated $1000 less. Carfax is clean (link), and I inspected all the panels and visible bolts - it has never been in an accident.
I would greatly appreciate any advice on this car. I do really want to forget stupid Camaros and buy this one.

Screw the Camaro - you'll have more fun in the GT.
a 2011 GT with 31k miles for $24K? Shouldn't have any repairs to face and seems like a great deal - should be a stand up car. Look into an extended warranty.
Go ahead and have a 3rd party mechanic look at it - well worth $100 or so. Check for any oil leaks, loose bolts, belts, etc.
If this is stick shift - make sure it shifts smooth and see if any documents are available from previous owner(s) regarding oil changes and standard maintenance.
If it is convertible - check to make sure the top is in good condition. Otherwise, you should be good.
Welcome to the Forum dude.

Yes Brembo breaks come stock, it's an upgrade package. As far as mods go the world of Mustang mods is huge compared to other makes. All the GT's come with the strut tower brace too.
What do you mean by upgraded exhaust are the frp exhaust or something else?
