I bought my son a 91 lx and the turn signals don't work.I thought it might of been the combination switch so I got a new one and still nothing,the wipers and high beams work.I checked the fuse and the flasher I have power from the hazard switch to the flasher out of the flasher to the connector to the switch but nothing out of the switch.I also powered up the wiring out to the turn signals to make sure that the wiring was good and they worked anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what it could be.

 

The hazards have their own flasher relay separate from the directional flasher relay. Are you sure your checking the right one. Sounds like a bad flasher like your checking for.

 

yes I checked the one under the glove box near the radio the one for the 4 ways is in the fuse box itself.
