Default Dyno Tune??

Okay, I bought my stang with mostly everything done already, the previous owner was using a tweecer set-up to tune and seems to have done a decent job. He also told me there is more power than what he has it tuned to so my question is would taking it to a dyno and having them tune it help me get the full potential from the car? I'm looking for a killer street set-up.

--I'm a student w/ no time to tune it with the tweecer myself--

if ya really think there is more power. then of coarse a good tuner with a dyno can get some pretty amazing results.
