Default What Is It (electrical)?

2001 Cobra convertible. In the area under the cover between the back seat and the trunk, I found a plastic piece that holds fuses. It's about 4 inches square and has two tabs designed to hold it onto something else - you pinch the tabs to release it. There is a small fuse remover on it and slots for several spare fuses. It was lying on the floor, and I can't see where it belongs and what it's supposed to do other than carry spare fuses. Car has a Mach 460 stereo and there are a couple of amps in that area - but still can't see where this thing fits. Here are some numbers stamped on the plastic - EWP A1 90-118-001 Rev K

F88B-14A003-AA (these were very small and had to use a magnifying glass, so they might not be accurate).

Anyone have a clue?
