Default Squeaky brakes, what can I do?

Today i changed my passenger caliper and brake pads due to a squeaky noise it makes when the car is running. At first i thought it was the piston sticking on and not retracting back in and thats what made the noise but, to my surprise it still makes that ugly noise. It only does it while driving and when i hit the brakes it stop squeaking, like if the pad rides on the rotor the whole time . I lubbed the back of the pad and pins up. I also jacked the car and turn the wheel and even with slow turning of the wheel it makes a swush swush swush swush swush noise, i feel like the pads and rotor are always making contact. Could it be a master cylinder defect? Is the new piston sticking too do to the master cylinder?

If you think the brakes are hanging on and the brake hoses are extremely old they may be starting to collapse internally. Look for heavy rust on the hose where the steel line parts are crimped to the hose.

Check the backing plates to see if they're bent or rusted enough to touch the rotors. Have you checked for looseness, wear and adjusted your wheel bearings if they are adjustable?
