Default Mustang question

Hey guys I just recently bought a V6 2014 Mustang last year in the fall, it's the fp6 appearance package with automatic transmission(i regret gettin an auto btw).

Well here's the concern/question/issue I've been having.
My mustang currently has only 5k miles on it and within the first two months it's been having control arm issues. Whenever i go over a bump(any size) it would make a very loud creaking/cranking noise and I was able to feel the vibrations through the floor of my car...

So I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, and the techs said that it was a faulty left control. I had to wait a week for it because they didn't have the parts.
Finally when I drove it off the service depot, a day or two later when I drove over more speed bumps or humps I noticed the creaking noise again this time coming from my front right side.
I had to take it back a week later and the same thing occurred, I waited another week for the parts to come in.

Now a few months later I still hear a little bit of creaking/cranking noises coming from my front tires probably still the control arms, but the sounds weren't as loud or distracting just noticeable... so I didn't really raise any issues with my dealership.

And now the real problem is now that my wheel alignments are off center and I have to have slightly turn my steering wheel slightly turned to the right in order to drive straight. Even though I have a mustang I don't really drive my car brutally at all. I believe that the half-assed repairs they did on my control arms caused my wheel alignments to go off center.

So I have taken this mustang to the service depot at my dealership twice and they have failed to rectify my issues and therefore it leading to more issues like my alignment messing up. Will my car qualify for the lemon law here in GA?

I haven't heard of this issue on the 2011+ but it could be the Strut mounts.

on the 05-09 cars like mine, both the control arms and strut mounts were POS and typically needed replacing within the first 5 years.

Also check the front Sway bar bushings and mounts at the strut and control arm. Again this was more of an 05-09 issue but worth checking out.

well I called them and they ended up setting up another appointment with a ford dealership near my location... And all they said was drop off there and leave it for the day... That leaves me with no car to drive to work and stuff.. just frustrating.. I feel like i should just go to the dealership i purchased my car from and demand a replacement or something...

Ask about a loaner car. Around Houston a lot of dealerships have loaners.
