well I called them and they ended up setting up another appointment with a ford dealership near my location... And all they said was drop off there and leave it for the day... That leaves me with no car to drive to work and stuff.. just frustrating.. I feel like i should just go to the dealership i purchased my car from and demand a replacement or something...
