Default spark plug wire lengths

Where can I get information on how long each spark plug wire should be for my 2002 Mustang, 3.8L? The wires were swapped out for a new set and the guy did not verify the lengths as he was swapping the wires.

What brand wires are they? Aftermarket wire sets seem to come with some longer wires to fit a wider variety of motors, just my opinion. You'll need Ford wires to get the nice clean look.

They are Ford Motorcraft wires. I am just not sure the guy put them on correctly. There has to be some documentation that shows the wire length per plug.

Dont those wires come with a 1 thru 8 right on them so you can't mess them up? A little common sense comes in handy also. Take the two longest wires and use them on the back of the engine. Shortest on the front. You can figure out the rest.

+1 ^^^

Especially since its the V6. Right nows where your username comes in handy lol.

We're just teasing you, hope you get it figured out, but like blue said, it's really common sense. If your looking for the firing order, just google it, the images with wire routing will come up.
