One of my neighbors has a gen1 MS3. It's hard to beat a car like that with a mustang in the corners without some serious mods like full suspension, watt's link, wider wheels and tires, spherical bushing everywhere, extra camber, etc.

 

Thnx for all the honest reply's guys. He actually just bought a 2009 V8 BMW M3 yesterday so looks like a mustang isn't going to happen.
