Default NOOBIE Tuner or monitor measures HP?

I searched but couldn't find anything; are there monitors or tuners that can give you what HP your car is at? AM guy told me dynotune was the only way to go. I appreciate your input/feedback.

You need to delete your account and create a new one where your e-mail address is not your user name. That's just begging for spam and loss of private information.

You can't just plug into your car and have it tell you what your HP is. You need to put it on a dyno machine to measure its output.

Yep, dyno or drag strip will give you your HP. Dyno's can be manipulated to what ever the dyno operator wants though, drag strips don't lie.
