Default Tune Question

So I have a Kenne Bell supercharger got it installed over a year ago and I love it. It was only installed on a stock 4.6 2V (w/ shorty headers) and raised the HP from 241 rwhp to 365 rwhp . It was also custom tuned and it currently has a stock throttle body...

I want to install a 70mm accufab T/B; do I need to get it re-tuned or should it be ok to install and run?

When adding extra air to your car, in this case done with a larger throttle body, will require more fuel. The fuel is controlled by the the EMS and will take into account the increased amount of air flow, however sensors and the EMS are limited and will need to be tuned to account for increases in air and fuel flow. I would get a custom tune to make sure you don't make it lean and you will benefit more from the mod anyway.
