Default 2007 V6 engine oil suggestions

I've just taken over the car and it's been sitting up for a bit for wreckage repairs etc. Almost complete and I have no idea what's the best oil and filter from just the auto parts store? Any other suggestions to check before I get her on the road again will be much appreciated. I plan to change the fuel filter and cabin filter too. She has 65,200 miles.

You can't go wrong with any name brand oil. Just get whatevers on sale that week. You or your car won't know the difference.

And for me, when I bring a vehicle out of storage, I fill the tank with fresh gas and a can of Sea Foam just because. It has worked very well on my motorcycles and snowmobiles.

I get my oil filter from walmart. They sell Ford Motorcraft. It's the same filter my dealer uses.

Thank you both for the help. I removed the air cabin filter and it was very dirty. Shopping tomorrow for her maintenance concerns.
