Default replaced hydraulic lifters

I have a ford V-6 ESG642 that has a knocking noise coming from the top end of the engine . I have replaced the hydraulic lifters for the second time and still has a knocking sound as you idle the engine up . I need some help if some one has had this problem before ? I did read that it could be a wrist pin that was worn out or maybe it could be the timing chain assembly ?

Probably a wrist pin or you spun a bearing. Drain the oil and check for metal shavings or may want to drop the oil pan the check the condition of the rod and main bearings. I doubt it's a timing chain issue.
