if u just bought this one, you should be able to get that money back, so you should break even, minus the time you spent

Yeah that would be ideal. I just don't know how nice they will be. I mean, they can just easily blame the issue on me because I did the install and refuse to give my money back. I'll call them and hopefully we will find a solution we can both be happy with.
