Has Ford fixed it yet

I was wondering from you guys with say 2015 and 2016 Mustangs. Has Ford fixed the leaking problem on the passenger side front footwell known to happen in 2005-2009 models?

its not the same body, so i would venture to say that after 10 years the problem is fixed.
