engine blocks

RE: engine blocks
I dont know anything about the Man O' War block but I know nothing bad from Dart, they are one of the best. Of course so is World, they are competing companies, but I will always buy from Dart before I go World (If they were identical blocks.) But honestly find which one has the most cylender thickness and which one can handle having meat removed for stroking and choose the one that has the most meat. If you really care about it then take a look at their water passage system, OEM style is always good, course I believe both are OEM style.
Also take a look at the main caps, see how they are spaced, how many there are and if there is room to tap another and have a Milidon cap installed. Good shiz like that

RE: engine blocks
that man o war block is sweet i like the extra head bolts now if a company would just make a set of heads to use them.
but your not gonna go wrong with any dart, world, and even ford racing make a couple of decent blocks the sportsman block is good for a medium build engine when a stock block isn't enought but a race block is just over kill. there good up to about 900 to a 1000 hp.
