How do you know if you have a faulty ballast? I just received my new kit the other day and and when I tried them for the first time, the passenger side took a few extra seconds to turn on. Before it turned on, the ballast was just humming and got kind of warm to touch, before it finally came on. Now today, I went to show them to a buddy and the passenger side does not light at all and the ballast makes the same humming sound and gets warm but the headlight doesn't come on at all now. The other ballast has never made any noises or gets warm.

I ordered this kit from: Hidkitlights.com I'm going to call sales and tell them my problem. Hopefully they will send me a new one.
