Default Finally done with led halo head and fog lights

my passenger side headlight was busted (2 posts that hold it securely broke and no clips) so I decided to replace it with something different. got the specd-tuning dual led halos in ebay (way cheaper and same item in american muscle)
i installed it differently since i want it to work like a DRL so I bought a DRL controller in amazon for $10 and was frustrated that it doesn't do voltage sensing instead you have to apply the +12v to activate the relay. i just decided that since I'll be connecting wires anyway to the interior of the car, just decided to have the fog lights too. so I ordered $25 fogs and another controller and an oem button and things work out well.
for the accessory (engine on) activation for dual led halos i used the convertible switch wire (while/violet) and for the fogs i used the white/black (pin 1) of the fog switch.

pics of the install are in my facebook page.

Hey nice mod, did you have to add a wiring harness for the fog lights? I want fog lights too.

I bought the generic fog light harness from ebay ($10) and scoured the junk yard for the bulb connectors and pigtails.
For $10 the harness are of high quality (relay and wire protectors/jacket) and came with a lighted switch (i just kept it and used the OEM switch)
the OEM switch is $30 in amazon and it's pre-wired only inside the dash, the white/black doesn't go into the engine bay so you have to fish in the relay wire from the engine bay to inside of the car.

Great info for when I add in my fog lights. I'll have to check on ebay for this generic fog light harness. The Mustang specific one is not cheap.
