Default Need Help

I have a 2000 Roush that has sat for over a year. When we started it, the car had a miss and was blowing some white smoke through the exhaust. The code that came up said that the secondary fuel circuit failure. We changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, drained and flushed the tank, changed the FPDM as well. Restarted the car and it still had a miss. I checked the coil packs and the #1 and #4 tested bad. I changed the #1 and #4 coil packs and all of the plugs and it still has a miss. It does not throw any codes but when you disconnect the #1 and #4 coil packs the engine does not change its sound. What could this be. I did notice that when we pulled the old pump out that the screen had fallen off and some of it was in the filter when I cut it open. Stuck and do not know which direction to go at this point.

Are you still getting white smoke from the exhaust?

Maybe the intake gasket is leaking coolant into the 1 and 4 cylinders. You could have a vacuum leak in the intake as well.
