2002 PCM

2002 PCM
swapped motors from a white 2002 to a red 2003 , have fire and fuel to the fuel rail but no fuel to the injectors. It seems the PCM is not telling the injectors to work. I have red car PCM with the white car motor. Tried the red car with white car PCM and motor and couldn't get theft light to quit. Which pcm should be in the car? The one that was in the same car as the motor or should it be the one that was in the new car.(red). No one seems to be able to tell me. How do I get it to start recognizing the it?
Thanks a million to anyone that can help

What ever pcm was in the red 2003. The engine doesn't know the difference, if your theft light is flashing its likely because you had the battery disconnected for a long time and the key is going to need to be resynched.
If it’s the PATS system......key out of ignition....put key in and turn on but do not start........look at theft light....should be blinking fast.....wait 30 to 45 seconds or until it starts to blink slow or goes out.......turn the key off and remove it from the ignition.........wait about 40 seconds....turn key on.....do not start....look at theft light.....should be blinking slow......normal mode..... the key should now be resynched and the car should start.
If this doesn't work, then youll have to have it towed to a dealer to have the key reprogrammed.

You should be using the original PCM that is matched to the cluster and key that belong to your '03. PATS theoretically (reprogramming keys etc) should not be an issue; lots of people store cars long term with the battery disconnected or have project cars that don't go back together in a week and still fire right up after everything's buttoned up.
Not sure how to pinpoint your issue but lack of injector pulse from the PCM would seem to indicate either a fault with the PCM itself (very rare and unlikely) or a bad ground or other electrical connection somewhere (more likely).
