I have a 2012 Pony Package V6 that came with 18" chrome spoke wheels.. I love em..but.. I needed new tires.. I found a set of factory fresh 2013 Mustang GT 19" 5 stars wrapped in Pirelli PZero Nero's showroom new.. For 500 cash on offer up!... No brainier right? So I bought em and had the guy meet me at a shop to throw em on my car.. On the way home my Advancetrack system started acting buggy.. Lights (both the one that says off and the other one above it )come on as if I disabled system and I cannot turn it on or off.. Then after about 5 minutes they turn off and I have control over system again.. The new wheels and tires all say p245 r19..however the two that were put on my passenger side say p245 r19 98w..were the 13 GTs staggered? Have I messed up and out them on wrong? Help!

 

Any time you change wheel diameter it throws the speedometer off. So your vehicle speed isn't matching what the pcm expects to see at that rpm and in that gear. Just go have your speedometer calibrated for the 19s, oh and the 98w is the load and speed rating.

 

I don't think that the tires were staggered from the factory, but get the full size off each tire. If they were staggered and the rear tires are both on one side, that will throw off your system.
