What do you do when your check engine icon is on but your OBD II scanner shows all clear and no codes? Just rebuilt the engine and it runs fine but I need to get that light out for it to pass smog.

I'd start a new thread in the appropriate Tech section, the one specific to your year Mustang. Just for the fact that there's more members in those sections. Sorry I can't help, but someone in there may know more. Good luck
