Hp gain?
My 2003 4.6 GT mustang is stock motorwise. I just put in a 75mm throttlebody and plenum from stack racing.

When I upgraded my plenum and throttle body including the cold air intake i was told similar upgrades have gained about 8 to 9 hp to the wheels

From: I reside in a near constant state of amazment.
I wouldn't expect any great gains that you will be able to notice with your buttometer
