Default 4.6 Horsepower add ons

I have a 2005 Roush Stage 1 completely stock.. from Roush I'm looking to get put around 525-550 RWHP. How much power can I get without changing the internals, block, transmission etc? My plans are to put a supercharger in it a new clutch, new exhaust, if I would need to change the internals, what would I need and how much would it cost?

Nothing, the Roush supercharger base kit is designed to support the stock engine. When you go with a smaller pulley for more horsepower, the warranty goes out the door.
