Hi all. Does anyone here have any experience with using plasti dip on an entire car? On my other car, the paint isn't in that great of shape. A lot of the clear coat has started to bake off and the paint is 30+ years old and doesn't look that great. To repaint it, it would be about $2500. I'm not quite sure that I want to spend that much on it, so I've been toying with the idea of dipping it. I haven't ever done something like this before so I don't know what to expect. I think I'd want it to be fairly glossy. I know that dip is normally matte, but I also think that there is gloss versions of it. I think I'd do it in solid black. Has anyone here done something like this or know what I can expect?
