Default Out of storage

Just took my 2011 GT out of a five month winter storage. There was maybe 3 or 4 ounces of engine oil on the floor. Drove it for around 50 mles and it only leaked a few drops. Fifty more miles and no leak so far. Anything to worry about? What was leaking?

When sitting that long, it's usually the rear main seal that weeps oil.

It is VERY bad to let them sit without starting at least once a week. You
can damage the seal by NOT doing so. Look up how these seals work,
then you'll be amazed that they don't leak all the time...

You should have gotten under it immediately to see where it dripped
from. Pan gasket, oil plug, timing chain cover, bell housing...
