Default Auto Headlight retro fit

2002 Mustang 4.2 V6 conversion, Vert. Windstar intake, 70mm TB cold air intake
Has anyone done a automatic headlight conversion on a 2002 mustang. I am looking for switches, sensors and wiring harness information that would be necessary to do this conversion. I have been unable to find any info if available.
Any direction would be helpful. Thanks,

Probably the easiest way to go about this would be to find out what parts (module, etc) were used on Canada spec cars, as those all have DRL's. Which is not quite the same as what you're looking for but would still be the closest thing to it as far as factory options go and once you have it all together should in theory be plug n play.

If committed to auto lights, you're probably kinda on your own. I would try to look up wiring diagrams for other Ford vehicles that were available with that feature (Explorer, Towncar/CrownVic, F150 etc) and then head down to a pick n pull to go harvest the parts. Figuring out how to interface it all with your existing wiring, who knows.

Thanks for the info, I guess I can always be the first. I am going to have to put this one on the back burner.

Universal kit...

For VW it's so easy, AND so cheap. I did my '15 TSI.

My switch has a module with the sensor plugged into it, then the car
side plugs into the module. The switch has off/auto/parking/on positions.
For you, you just need a universal module, which are all over eBay, $30.50
is about the low price.
