Default Spark plugs?

I have a 2010 GT 4.6L. My car was built on 09/2009. Do I have the spark plugs that break apart when you try to replace them or have they been replaced by Ford with spark plugs that don't fall apart. I have ask my Ford dealership and they tell me they should have been replaced in the 2010 models but cant really tell me for sure if Ford did. They said to try to remove one and see what hsppens. I don't want to go through all that hassle if it breaks off on me. Can anyone here help me on this!

Check a coil. If it has a brown boot, it’s newer. If it’s a black boot it’s the older design. Cutoff for old vs new is a build dat of nov 2007 or later. Everything prior to that was the older two piece problem plug.

The 4.0 never had the same issues with spark plug replacement. Just a difficult to reach plug at the back on the passenger side (angles back to the firewall so tight).

If you change them I'd would put a set of E3 Diamond Fire plugs in so you don't need to change them that often plus you get good performance from those plugs.
