I bought my 3rd Mustang last year. Its a 2017 GT Premium in Triple Yellow. When I was looking for it, I found out about the Yellowjacket interior package that was available. Through my searching in my area, I only found mine and two others. All three were slightly different. I live in Northern Iowa. My Mustang came from St. Louis, Missouri. I have an coupe, automatic, fully loaded with options. The others I seen were a Convertible, also automatic, and fully loaded and located in the Minneapolis, MN area. The other was exactly like my own in St. Louis, with the difference being it was a manual transmission. I'm curious how rare mine is as far as that color, with that type of interior. Anyone have any links or ways to find out how many were produced in the same combination as the one I have? Thanks.

 

You're car is not rare or special.

Triple yellow was not a special order, it was an available color.

There were only 81,866 mustangs sold in 2017, averaging about 7000 a month.

 

I understand the color isn't rare, but the interior was a special option. So it is somewhat rare.

Do you have the Recaro seats, or factory?

 

I have triple yellow Recaro seats with yellow stitching manual preformance package. I was wondering how many others where like mine. Doubt it's rare but it would not let me click the link.

 

So I sold this Mustang back in March of this year. Along the way I learned it was somewhat rare. The Marti report said there were only 212 in this paint/trim made in 2017. Don't know if that helps anyone else, but thought I'd share the information I had.

 

it does did you have the recaro seats and preformance package? That number included manual transmission

 

Mine had leather seats with yellow jacket stitching, but not Recaro. Mine was also Automatic transmission.
